Meet the Speaker:

Cat Threadgill, CPP

Cat Threadgill is a North Texas-based photographer, bookkeeper, tax advisor, and financial expert with over four decades of accounting and business management experience. While pursuing her passion for photography, she also worked as a Family Law Paralegal, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and Mediator.

A published author and contributor to The Photographer magazine, Cat blends her business and creative expertise to help photographers thrive both artistically and financially. A dedicated member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA) since 2009, she joined the Dallas Professional Photographers Association (DPPA) in 2023, earned her Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation in 2024, and is currently pursuing her Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman degrees.

Her teaching style is practical, encouraging, and easy to follow — perfect for photographers ready to gain clarity and control over their business finances.
